The Associate Lead Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that enhance engineering productivity, automation maturity, and software quality across the organisation.
This role combines strong software development expertise with modern quality engineering practices to build automation frameworks, developer tooling, CI/CD integrations, AI-assisted testing solutions, and reusable engineering platforms. The position will collaborate closely with development, product, DevOps, platform engineering, and quality teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve development efficiency and release confidence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong programming skills, experience building automation frameworks and cloud-native applications, and a passion for leveraging AI and modern engineering practices to solve complex business challenges.
What You'll Own
- Design and develop enterprise automation frameworks, test platforms, and reusable engineering accelerators.
- Build AI-enabled solutions that improve test generation, quality insights, and engineering productivity.
- Develop integrations with CI/CD pipelines, source control systems, and developer tooling platforms.

What You'll Bring
