Job Description

Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Sr. Recovery Analyst to join our ever-evolving Business Resilience & Recovery team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of disaster recovery plans, frameworks, templates, and governance processes.

  • Partner with technology and business teams to ensure recovery strategies are documented, tested, and aligned to business requirements.

  • Coordinate and oversee disaster recovery testing exercises, ensuring activities are executed according to plan and outcomes are documented and communicated.

  • Review recovery plans and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on disaster recovery readiness, helping stakeholders understand and implement effective recovery strategies.

  • Support organizational response and recovery efforts during business disruptions and disaster events.

  • Monitor recovery testing schedules, track remediation activities, and drive continuous improvement across recovery capabilities.

What you'll bring

  • Knowledge and experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

  • Strong understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning methodologies, frameworks, and testing practices.

  • Experience leading or coordinating enterprise-wide disaster recovery exercises and recovery planning initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.

It's a bonus if you have

  • Disaster Recovery Planner (DRP), CBCP, or equivalent business continuity/disaster recovery certification.

  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as financial services, payments, banking, or technology.

  • Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory expectations.

  • Experience facilitating executive-level recovery exercises and crisis simulations.

This is a good opportunity to bring in some of our values and behaviors:

  • Think like a client: We care deeply about our clients' success. We ask, listen and learn — curious to understand first. Our passion drives excellence in everything we set out to do.

  • Act like an owner: We take accountability — working at pace to own our outcomes. We empower each other to make decisions. We’re innovative — always finding better ways to deliver impact.

  • Win as one team: We value personal connections — moving forward together with clarity. We build inclusive and global teams — embracing different perspectives and ideas. It’s always ‘we,’ never ‘me.’ We’re determined to succeed together.
