Drive financial accuracy and operational excellence by ensuring settlement reporting, reconciliations, and accounting activities are completed on time and to the highest standards, supporting informed business decisions and financial integrity.
Identify, investigate, and resolve financial variances to minimize risk, improve reporting accuracy, and maintain compliance with established financial controls and service level expectations.
Strengthen business performance through proactive ownership of assigned portfolios, escalating issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering timely resolutions that support smooth financial operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation by supporting system enhancements, process automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies that increase productivity and scalability across the organization.
Support compliance, audit readiness, and governance standards by maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring adherence to policies, and helping deliver successful internal and external audit outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
At least 1 year of accounting experience, with exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, or general accounting activities.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting platforms such as Oracle, Frontier, SAP, or similar systems.
Demonstrated ability to analyze discrepancies, manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and take ownership of delivering accurate results in a deadline-driven environment.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent professional accounting certification.
Experience gained through Big 4 accounting firms, audit engagements, or accounting internships.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and experience supporting process improvement, system enhancement, or automation initiatives.
