Globalpayers recognized for driving inclusion for all

The 2026 Empower Role Model Lists was recently announced, celebrating individuals for driving inclusion for people of color within global business. We’re thrilled to share that three Globalpayers have been included, recognizing their work to build a more inclusive workplace at Global Payments and helping bring our values, behaviours and culture to life through everyday actions.

Ben Bello – Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager and Ruth Mehdipour – Director of Events, Enterprise & Integrated Platforms have been named on the Empower Future Leaders Role Model List, which recognizes trailblazers across industries who are driving positive change and making a significant contribution to inclusion. Kyle Salvati, Executive Lead – Enterprise Risk and Credit Solutions, has also been recognized on the Empower Advocates List for leading the way and championing inclusion.

For Ben and Ruth, their impact has come through their leadership within BOLD EMEA, our Black Inclusion Community. Together, they helped create a platform for learning, storytelling and connection through UK Black History Month events, leadership conversations and partnerships that celebrate Black culture and encourage meaningful allyship.

Kyle's recognition reflects his dedication to creating opportunities for others. Through sponsorship, advocacy and inclusive leadership, he has worked to ensure talented people have the visibility, support and opportunities they need to succeed.
